E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive / Manager to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, seller account health, and overall operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:Marketplace OperationsManage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho
• Product listing, catalog creation & optimization
• Monitor account health, metrics & policy compliance
• Handle platform tickets, claims & penalties
• Order & Inventory ManagementProcess daily orders and ensure timely dispatch
• Monitor SLAs, deliveries & logistics performance
• Maintain accurate inventory & stock forecasting
• Reduce cancellations, returns & RTOs
• Pricing & PromotionsManage product pricing & margin analysis
• Participate in sales events, deals & offers
• Track competitor pricing & market trends
• Customer & Returns ManagementHandle customer complaints & negative feedback
• Coordinate refunds, replacements & return processing
• Improve ratings & customer satisfaction
• Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily/weekly MIS reports
• Track sales, revenue & operational KPIs
• Use data insights to improve performance
• Team & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse, packaging & logistics teams
• Ensure quality packaging & dispatch accuracy
• Follow up with courier partners & suppliers
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Meesho Supplier Panel
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations & policies
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good understanding of inventory, pricing & order flow
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask & work under pressure
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have):Knowledge of GST invoices & compliance
• Experience with ERP / inventory management tools
• Exposure to marketplace ads & promotions
• Experience in D2C or online retail brands
