E-Commerce Executive

● Manage and update product listings (courses, subscriptions, bundles) on the company website and e-commerce platforms

● Coordinate with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure accurate product information and pricing

● Monitor daily orders, enrollments, payments, and refunds

● Optimize product pages for better visibility and conversion (descriptions, images, offers)

● Execute and manage online promotions, discounts, and campaigns

● Track sales performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics

● Handle basic customer queries related to purchases, access, and payments

● Ensure smooth checkout, payment gateway, and post-purchase experience

● Analyze competitors and market trends in the EdTech space

● Prepare regular sales and performance reports 

● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or LMS systems

● Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Good communication and coordination abilities

● Experience with EdTech platforms, online courses, or subscription models

● Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or CRM systems

● Understanding of paid ads, funnels, and conversion optimization
