E-Commerce Executive

We’re Hiring: E-commerce Executive

Location: New Delhi (On-site)

Bookford Publications, a leading children’s book publisher, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, Blinkit, and other platforms

Create and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing)

Coordinate with design, cataloging, and logistics teams for smooth operations

Handle order processing, inventory updates, FBA/warehouse coordination, and issue resolution

Monitor sales performance, promotions, coupons, and marketplace dashboards

Raise and follow up on tickets related to QC issues, returns, reimbursements, and claims

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations

Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other Indian marketplaces

Strong understanding of product listing SEO and catalog management

Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, reports, MIS preferred)

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with books, publishing, or educational products is a plus
