E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory control, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all marketplaces
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance

2. Product Listing & Optimization

• Create and upload product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords
• Optimize listings for better visibility and conversion
• Manage cataloging, variations, and image updates

3. Order & Inventory Management

Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely dispatch

• Maintain inventory levels and avoid stock-outs
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams

4. Pricing & Promotions

Monitor competitor pricing and adjust accordingly

• Run deals, discounts, and promotional campaigns
• Participate in platform sales events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.)

5. Customer Handling

• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

6. Performance Analysis

• Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
• Generate reports and suggest improvement strategies
• Work on growth planning and revenue targets

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Panel
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Qualifications:

Graduate in any field

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management

• Sales growth and revenue
• Order fulfillment rate
• Return rate and customer satisfaction
• Listing visibility and conversion rate

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Experience with advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)

• Knowledge of product photography and content creation
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems
