E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Listings Executive to manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces and our website. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate product information, engaging content, and SEO-friendly listings that drive visibility and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
• Write clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and attributes
• Ensure accuracy of product data including pricing, SKU, images, specifications, and inventory details
• Coordinate with design and catalog teams for product images and creatives
• Monitor listing quality, suppressions, and errors; resolve issues promptly
• Optimize listings based on performance metrics, keywords, and platform guidelines
• Manage bulk uploads, updates, and seasonal changes
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices
• Support promotional activities, deals, and new product launches
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce cataloging or listings management
• Hands-on experience with major marketplaces and seller panels
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, bulk data handling)
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML basics for product descriptions
