E-Commerce Executive

We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing Assistant to join our team. This person will be responsible for handling daily order fulfillment tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders across our online platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Process customer orders across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce)
• Verify payment and inventory status before fulfillment
• Coordinate with warehouse or suppliers for order dispatch
• Update order statuses and tracking information
• Handle order-related customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Monitor returns and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of all order activities
