E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

An Ecommerce Executive Person For Flipkart responsible for managing and optimizing product listings on the Flipkart marketplace to drive sales growth and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves catalog management, order processing, pricing strategy, promotions, and coordination with internal teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Flipkart, including product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications
• Upload new products and update existing catalog as per Flipkart guidelines
• Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and resolve related issues
• Handle pricing, discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns on Flipkart
• Track sales performance, stock availability, and inventory planning
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Analyze Flipkart seller dashboard reports to improve conversion rate and sales
• Ensure compliance with Flipkart policies, SLAs, and quality standards
• Manage customer queries, feedback, and ratings to maintain seller reputation

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Flipkart Seller Panel
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
