E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage daily computer operations including data entry, report preparation, and documentation.

·       Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and prices on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

·       Prepare and analyze reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting).

·       Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock updates.

·       Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, and refunds on e-commerce portals.

·       Track sales performance and assist in promotional campaigns.

·       Ensure accurate and timely uploading of product images, specifications, and SEO-friendly descriptions.

·       Communicate with internal teams and customers via email, chat, or phone.

·       Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.

Required Skills:

·       Technical: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.), MS Word, and PowerPoint.

·       E-commerce: Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces (training can be provided).

·       Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

·       Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Qualifications:

·       Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream (commerce or computer background preferred).

·       Basic IT knowledge; willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
