E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, and daily activities across online marketplaces and/or our website.

Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or company website

Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing

Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and returns

Monitor and manage inventory/stock levels

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or marketplace portals

Prepare sales and performance reports

Manage online offers, discounts, and promotions

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
