E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a skilled and accountable E-commerce Management Professional who can manage and scale our marketplace business with complete operational and financial control. This role requires hands-on expertise across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of both FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) models.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations, including accurate and optimized product listings, catalog management, variation setup, keyword optimization, image compliance, and platform policy adherence. Ensuring listing health, visibility, and conversion optimization will be a core responsibility.

A critical part of this role is tight control over FBF and FBA costs, including fulfillment fees, storage fees, referral fees, and other hidden charges. You must be able to track SKU-level profitability, identify cost leakages, and optimize margins consistently. The role also demands strong expertise in campaign management, including planning, execution, and optimization of sponsored ads, with a clear focus on ROAS, TACoS, and sustainable growth.

You will handle inventory planning, pricing strategies, promotions, deal participation, and detailed performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who understands that real e-commerce success is driven by controlled fulfillment costs, smart advertising, and profitable scaling, not just topline sales.
