E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across multiple seller panels.

Upload, manage, and optimize product listings and catalogues.

Track, file, and manage SPF claims effectively.

Monitor returns and ensure timely resolutions.

Analyze sales data to create actionable reports and insights.

Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (cataloguing, inventory management, seller panels).

Familiarity with e-commerce tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
