eCommerce Operations Manager

The role is primarily for managing day-to-day operations for our store on Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce portals
• Monitor pricing, inventory, and content accuracy.
• Execute platform-specific promotions and track performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock, creatives, and offers.
• Track key metrics: sales, ROAS, CTR, and customer reviews.
• Assist in onboarding new products and resolving platform issues.
• Oversee order processing for website/easy ship orders

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of e-commerce experience (FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and CMS tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
