E-commerce Executive (Amazon FBA + Flipkart FBF) – Product Listing & Operations

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who can manage Amazon & Flipkart product listings, catalog operations, and backend support. The candidate will work closely with the owner and help in listing new products, maintaining purchase/manufacturing data in Excel, coordinating with tailors/vendors, and ensuring smooth order & inventory operations on marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

1) Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create and manage new product listings on Amazon & Flipkart
• Handle variation listings (Size/Color/Pack of 2, 3 etc.)
• Upload product data using Excel bulk upload templates
• Ensure correct category, attributes, keywords, and compliance
• Maintain clean and error-free catalog (title, bullet points, description)

2) Listing Optimization (Growth Support)

• Improve product titles, bullet points, backend keywords
• Coordinate for product images (basic checking + upload)
• Maintain A+ content / brand content support (if applicable)

3) Inventory / Dispatch / FBA & FBF Coordination

• Coordinate inventory updates for Amazon FBA stock planning
• Assist in Flipkart FBF / dispatch processes
• Track stock movement and update inventory regularly
• Support in order issue handling (cancellations/returns tracking)

4) Excel Data & Purchase Records

• Maintain purchase and manufacturing data in Excel
• Track raw material purchase, tailor job work details & costing
• Maintain SKU-wise sheet and stock sheet properly

5) Vendor / Tailor Coordination

• Coordinate with tailors for production updates
• Ensure timely manufacturing as per sales demand
• Maintain product specification records (fabric, size, designs)

6) Daily Operations Support

• Handle Amazon/Flipkart account notifications and errors
• Basic coordination for claims, returns, defects (as per process)
• Ensure all data is updated and system is well maintained

✅ Required SkillsMust-Have Skills

• Amazon Seller Central knowledge (FBA listing experience preferred)
• Flipkart Seller Hub knowledge (FBF / listing experience preferred)
• Strong command on MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filtering, sheets handling)
• Product listing via bulk upload / catalog templates
• Basic knowledge of SKU, HSN, GST, pricing, margins
• Good coordination skills (tailor/vendor follow-up)

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Keyword research understanding
• Basic Canva / image checking skills
• Ads basics (Amazon PPC / Flipkart Ads) – optional
• Knowledge of order returns and inventory planning

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
