E-Commerce Manager

HSRA Farms and Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Quick Commerce & E-Commerce Executive to manage and support daily operations across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The role involves order management, inventory coordination, and platform execution to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) and e-commerce marketplaces
• Coordinate with warehouses, dark stores, and delivery partners for timely dispatch
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across platforms
• Update product listings, pricing, offers, and promotions as required
• Track order performance, returns, cancellations, and customer issues
• Share daily and weekly operational reports with management
• Coordinate with platform account managers for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or quick commerce operations
• Comfortable using mobile apps, dashboards, and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
