Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring no orders are missed or delayed.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across all platforms, coordinate with suppliers for restocks, and update listings.
• Customer Experience: Handle inquiries, returns, and refunds with a professional and helpful tone.
• Platform Maintenance: Update product descriptions, pricing, and images on the website (Shopify/Amazon/etc.).
• Reporting: Track daily sales and shipping costs to provide a weekly "health check" on the business.
