E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a performance-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online sales across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketplace operations, performance marketing, catalog management, and revenue growth strategies.

• Key Responsibilities
• Marketplace ManagementManage end-to-end operations for Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
• Ensure smooth product listing, inventory updates, and order fulfillment
• Maintain compliance with platform policies and guidelines
• Sales Growth & StrategyDevelop and execute strategies to drive revenue, visibility, and conversion rates
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Plan pricing strategies, discounting, and promotional campaigns
• Performance MarketingManage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP if applicable)
• Optimize Flipkart Ads and campaign performance
• Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
• Catalog & Content OptimizationCreate and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords)
• Improve SEO ranking within marketplaces
• Ensure high-quality images, A+ content, and brand store optimization
• Inventory & Supply Chain CoordinationForecast demand and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams
• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and Flipkart fulfillment models
• Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
• Track KPIs: sales, margins, traffic, conversion rates
• Provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Customer Experience & RatingsMonitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback
• Resolve escalations and improve seller ratings
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

• Key RequirementsExperience & Skills
• 3–7 years of experience managing Amazon & Flipkart accounts
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Proven track record of scaling online sales
• Technical SkillsProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level preferred)
• Experience with analytics tools and dashboards
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research tools, and listing optimization
• Marketing ExpertiseStrong experience in paid advertising on Amazon & Flipkart
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Preferred QualificationsExperience with D2C brands or FMCG/consumer goods
