Job Description
- Manage and optimize online marketplace accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Handle end-to-end product listings, content optimization, and catalog management to improve visibility and conversions.
- Monitor daily sales performance, pricing, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage order processing, packaging standards, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance.
- Handle customer returns, claims, refunds, and issue resolution in line with marketplace policies.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data, reports, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and maintain strong seller ratings.
