E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to manage daily online operations across marketplaces and website platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling listings, order processing, inventory coordination, customer support, and performance tracking.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, is quick with digital tools, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listings & Catalogue Management
• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Upload images, product descriptions, pricing, and SEO-friendly content
• Ensure accuracy of product information and timely updates
• Order Management
• Monitor and process online orders
• Coordinate with warehouse/packing team for timely dispatch
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues
• Inventory Coordination
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with procurement/warehouse teams to prevent stockouts
• Marketplace Operations
• Handle seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
• Manage returns, cancellations, and claims
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines
• Customer Support
• Respond to customer queries through email or marketplace chat
• Resolve complaints professionally and maintain high satisfaction ratings
• Performance AnalysisTrack daily/weekly sales performance
• Generate reports for conversions, returns, ad spend, and campaign results
• Suggest improvements to increase sales and reduce operational costs
• Marketing & Growth Support
• Assist in creating offers, deals, and promotions
• Coordinate with design/marketing team for banners, ads, and campaign creatives
• Support social media and website updates when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and dashboards
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing & SEO (added advantage)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
