As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager to lead our online growth and marketplace performance.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, digital marketing campaigns, and marketplace advertising. This role blends analytical thinking, creativity, and execution excellence to drive online revenue growth and strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

·       Manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

·       Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment coordination

·       Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities

Digital Marketing & Advertising

·       Plan and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions

·       Manage paid ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, etc.) with a focus on cost efficiency

·       Collaborate with creative teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages

·       Oversee SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility

Sales & Analytics

·       Set and monitor sales targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

·       Identify new growth opportunities, marketplaces, and promotional strategies

Marketing Collaboration

·       Work closely with brand, design, and content teams for consistent brand messaging

·       Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to enhance order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

·       Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities

Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (BBA preferred)

·       5–6 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail

·       Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns ( Amazon, etc.)

·       Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

·       Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

·       Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP,Pivot Tables, etc.)

·       Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

·       Familiarity with basic image editing or content tools is a plus
