E-Commerce Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and scale our presence across Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Nykaa, and Meesho for our Fashion, Lingerie, Innerwear, Swimwear & Lifestyle products category. The role focuses on driving sales growth, improving account performance, and leading a team of 5–6 members to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Nykaa & Meesho accounts
• Drive sales growth through campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies
• Manage product listings, inventory health, and marketplace compliance
• Track sales, traffic, conversion, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with catalog, operations, and logistics teams
• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 executives, assign tasks, and review performance
• Improve product visibility, ranking, and overall account health

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Fashion / Lingerie / Innerwear / Swimwear marketplaces
• Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards, campaigns, and ads
• Team management and leadership skills
• Analytical and data-driven approach
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
