8. Track & report the corrective actions status for stock related issues.
9. Handling customer queries and leads via phone, e mail and chat etc.
10. Prepare reports on weekly/ monthly basis and submit to 
  Managements.
11. Good communication skill.
12. Could represent company well.
13. Record management of all order details in database.
14. Positive attitude and high level of integration.
15. Ensure all available products are online and have up-to-date accurate info.
16. Team Management (Check Work Report, Assign Task to team).
17. Formulate marketing plans and strategies to increase the company's business.
