E-Commerce Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented Ecommerce Manager – Marketplace Operations to manage and

scale our presence across leading online platforms including: Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Swiggy,

Blinkit, and Zepto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management

— from product listings and inventory planning to performance marketing and sales optimization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with seller dashboards, and the

ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketplace operations

• Create & optimize product listings (title, bullets, keywords, descriptions)

• Handle FBA / Seller Flex / FBF shipments

• Monitor inventory & replenishment

• Run Amazon Auto & Manual Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Video)

• Execute Flipkart PLA / PCA campaigns

• Track sales, ACOS, ROI & profitability

• Handle customer complaints & marketplace escalations

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

• Knowledge of marketplace ads (CPC campaigns)

• Good Excel & analytical skills

• Experience in catalogue management & listing optimization

• Understanding of inventory planning
