Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Location: Delhi (In-person)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month

Experience: 2–4 years in e-commerce / marketplace management

What you'll do:

Manage our brands across Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website (Eleek.in). You'll handle product listings, run and optimize ads, track performance, coordinate with vendors for creatives and images, and work directly with the founder to grow sales across all channels.

Day-to-day work includes:

• Product uploads, listing optimization, and catalog management on Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify
• Running Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads & Meta Ads — tracking ROAS and ACOS
• Coordinating with marketplace partners (Cocoblu, RetailNet) for operations and escalations
• Working with designers and agencies for product images, A+ content, and creatives
• Supporting new product launches and offline expansion

You're a good fit if you have:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Dashboard
• Basic knowledge of running marketplace and social media ads
• Comfort with Excel, dashboards, and numbers
• Good communication in English and Hindi
• An ownership mindset — you follow through and get things done
