E-Commerce Manager (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to handle and grow our online sales across marketplaces and website. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing product listings, sales growth, ads, promotions, cataloging, and coordination with marketplace account managers.

The role requires strong execution, team handling, and daily monitoring of marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Zivame, Meesho, and Shopify website
• Handle product listings, catalog updates, content, and pricing
• Plan and monitor marketplace ads and promotions
• Coordinate with platform account managers for growth opportunities
• Improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance
• Track stock availability and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage discounts, coupons, campaigns, and sale events
• Work on A+ content / enhanced content / brand content
• Analyze daily sales, returns, ad performance, and competition
• Lead and coordinate team members for listing, content, and execution
• Ensure proper execution of new launches and updates across channels

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, and Shopify
• Good knowledge of marketplace advertising
• Strong understanding of cataloging, listing optimization, pricing, and promotions
• Comfortable with Excel and daily reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in fashion / apparel / lingerie / D2C brand will be preferred

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Must have handled multiple marketplaces independently
• Must be result-oriented and execution-focused
• Team handling experience preferred
• Should be comfortable working from office
