We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient online shopping experience for our customers. This role includes overseeing order processing, inventory management, product listing updates, customer service coordination, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive growth. The E-commerce Executive will work closely with various teams to optimize website performance, streamline order workflows, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:
• Process daily orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Inventory & Stock Management:
• Track inventory levels and update stock information to avoid stockouts or overselling.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to restock products and manage inventory replenishment.
• Maintain product availability across all online channels.
• Product Listing & Content Management:
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing across all platforms.
• Ensure accurate product details, images, and specifications are available to customers.
• Regularly review and enhance product content for SEO optimization.
