E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive with strong experience in order processing and other backend operations. The role will involve handling daily orders across marketplaces and our website, ensuring smooth dispatch, managing returns, and supporting catalog and listing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily orders from marketplaces and website

Generate invoices, shipping labels, and manifests

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners for timely dispatch

Handle cancellations, returns (RTO), refunds, and replacements

Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies

Assist in product listing creation and updates

Ensure pricing, stock, and SKU mapping are accurate

Coordinate basic catalog corrections (images, titles, variations)

Update inventory regularly to avoid overselling

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in order processing / e-commerce operations

Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify

Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

Quick learner and execution-focused
