E-Commerce Operations & Listing Manager

We need someone who can take full control of our e-commerce operations — from listings to order dispatch. You’ll handle Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces like a pro, ensuring every product goes live on time, every order ships out right, and every metric stays in check. This role demands accountability, speed, and a calm head under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
• Manage daily shipments — coordinate with packing, courier, and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Track inventory, returns, and stock levels across platforms.
• Analyze performance, pricing, and keyword trends; act fast to fix issues or boost visibility.
• Coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Handle new product launches and maintain catalog accuracy across all channels.
• Report directly to management and take charge of execution — no babysitting.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, courier management, and basic inventory handling.
• Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solver mindset — not an excuse-maker.
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations or listings management is a must.
