Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage daily order processing, dispatches, and product cataloging for our online sales channels. The candidate should have experience with Unicommerce for order processing and a strong understanding of Myntra and Nykaa marketplace operations, including product listing and catalog management.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Process daily orders through Unicommerce, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery coordination.

Inventory & Logistics: Track inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment, and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Cataloging & Listing: Upload and update products on Myntra and Nykaa, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

Marketplace Coordination: Work closely with Myntra and Nykaa account managers to optimize product listings and resolve listing-related issues.

Data Management: Maintain order and inventory records, generate reports, and track sales performance.

Promotions & Pricing Updates: Implement discounts, offers, and pricing changes as per business requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations.

Proficiency in Unicommerce for order processing and dispatch.

Experience in Myntra and Nykaa seller portals for product uploads and cataloging.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and e-commerce logistics.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
