E-commerce Returns Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Returns Executive to manage and verify product returns received from different e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shoprythm. The candidate will be responsible for checking returned products, maintaining records, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure proper return processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify returned products from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shoprythm.
• Inspect product condition and match it with return details.
• Identify damaged, used, missing, or incorrect items.
• Update return status and maintain records in MS Excel or return management system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and Accounts team for returned inventory handling.
• Maintain daily reports of returns and update the management.
• Ensure proper sorting, tagging, and storage of returned products.
• Support in resolving return and refund related issues.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of E-commerce.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally.
• Ability to handle return operations efficiently.
• Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
