Job Description
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales.
- Track daily sales performance, analyze reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Handle basic accounting tasks related to e-commerce sales, including reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Oversee packaging and dispatch coordination to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Raise and follow up on claims and reimbursements with online portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for damages, returns, or incorrect charges.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Maintain high product visibility through keyword optimization and sponsored ads.
- Manage customer reviews, feedback, and ensure high seller ratings.
- Generate regular reports on performance, sales trends, and ad campaigns.
