Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing the online sales strategy to drive growth, optimize customer experience, and improve overall performance of the company's e-commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and data-driven decision-making to manage digital sales channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce roadmap.
• Set online sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotions to meet revenue goals.
• Website & Platform Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
• Ensure website functionality, mobile responsiveness, user experience (UX), and visual merchandising are optimized.
• Digital Marketing & SEO

• Collaborate with marketing teams on paid search, email campaigns, display advertising, social media, and influencer strategies.
• Ensure effective SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies are in place.
• Sales & Performance Analysis

• Monitor and analyze site performance, customer behavior, conversion rates, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to guide decision-making.
• Customer Experience & Retention

• Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, including checkout, shipping, and customer service.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce cart abandonment.
• Inventory & Order Management

• Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient fulfillment.
• Oversee order management systems and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Team Management & Collaboration
