Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management: Receive, process, and dispatch orders from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra).

2. Listing Management: Create, manage, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms.

3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and update records.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with e-commerce platforms to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements:

1. Experience: 6 months of experience in order management, listing management, or a similar role

2. Excel Skills: intermediate Excel skills, reporting, and dashboard creation

3. E-commerce Platforms: Website listing Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra platforms, Keywords optimization

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy
