Who We’re Looking For :

We are looking for an "experienced Sales Professional" who has built, scaled, and driven growth not just maintained existing sales. This role is for someone "who owns numbers", understands "market expansion", and thrives in a "startup environment"

### Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through strong sales strategy and execution

* Build and scale Online Sales via Amazon , Website sales , BlinkIt

* Develop and manage "sales pipelines, targets, and forecasting"

* Build and manage a "high-performing sales team"

* Collaborate with marketing and founders to align growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For :

* Proven experience in **sales leadership**, preferably in **health supplements, FMCG, pharma, or wellness**

* Strong track record of **scaling sales and driving growth**

* Hands-on approach — comfortable working in a **startup setup**

* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities
