Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Amazon/Flipkart/Ajio/Meesho/ Account Management Executive to oversee and optimize our e-commerce marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing seller accounts, driving sales growth, and enhancing the visibility of our products on Amazon, Flipkart and others ecommerce marketplace like Ajio, Meesho, eBay etc.

The candidate should also hava an experience of ecommerce SEO, Amazon Flipkart Ads Management, Coupon Creation, Deals, Promotion, A+ Content Creation, Performance Management, Brand Approval, Category Approval, GTIN Exemption, Brand Exemption and can able to generate sales on any ecommerce platform.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Handle day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Meesho, Ajio, seller central accounts.
  • Monitor account health and resolve issues related to listings, performance, and compliance.


Product Listings and Optimization:

  • Create and manage product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and A+ content.
  • Optimize keywords and product details to improve search rankings and visibility.


Sales Growth and Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) to boost sales and ROI.
  • Analyze traffic, sales data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.


Inventory and Order Management:

  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory planning, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless operations.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze performance reports to track sales, campaign effectiveness, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Others Important Key-Roles-

  • Cataloging (Bulk Upload, Single Update, Brand Approval, GTIN Exemption, Brand Registry.
  • Order Processing (Bulk Processing, Appointment, Update Size & Dimensions, Check Pick-up Status)
  • Reporting (Business Report, Listing Report, Payment Reports, Sales Reports, Tax Reports, Commission & Adv. Reports)
  • Inventory Management (Upload, Edit).
  • Listing & updating products on various sales channels(Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, eBay ect.).
  • Research products on the internet on different sites.
  • Compare prices & product listings of competitive websites.
  • Process Orders on daily basis. • Monitor promotional activities at Marketplaces.
  • Record all order details in the database.
  • Maintaining daily excel records of all data.
  • Manage Advertisements (Manual and Auto Both), Coupons, Deals, and Promotions.
  • Manage Account Health (ODR, LDR, Brand Infringement, Suspected Intellectual Property Rights etc.)


Client and Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts (minimum 1–3 years).
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools like Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
  • Experience in running successful PPC campaigns and promotions.
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization for e-commerce platforms.
