Ecommerce Operations Assistant

Location: Hari Nagar, West Delhi

Role

We are looking for a detail oriented candidate to support day to day ecommerce operations. This role is suitable for fresher who want to learn ecommerce backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory records and stock updates
• Process customer orders across sales channels
• Generate shipping labels and track deliveries
• Update order status and maintain basic order records
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and issues
• Maintain simple reports using spreadsheets
• Support overall backend operations as required
• Eligibility and Requirements
• Female candidate preferred
• Fresher candidates welcome
• Commerce background is an advantage but not mandatory
• Must be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Must live within 5 km of Hari Nagar or Subhash Nagar, West Delhi

• Undergraduate candidates also eligible if they are pursuing SOL or equivalent correspondence courses
