Ecommerce Operations Executive

:Day-to-day order processing, returns, and shipment tracking.Product listing, catalog management, and inventory updates across marketplaces.Manage seller panels on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Snapdeal, etc.Handle order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and dispatch planning.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/suppliers.Reconcile returns, damages, and claims.Coordinate with customer service team for order issues, delays, or customer complaints.Maintain reports for sales, returns, and inventory on Excel or Google Sheets.Run basic promotions and offers via seller dashboards.Ensure compliance with platform policies.
