Ecommerce Operations Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Packing and dispatch of ecommerce orders
• Managing inward and outward stock
• Maintaining inventory records using computer systems (Excel/software)
• Processing orders received from online marketplaces
• Updating order status, dispatch details, and stock movement
• Coordinating with courier partners and vendors
• Handling basic admin and operational tasks
• Ensuring timely order processing with minimal errors
• Requirements Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may apply)
• Good computer knowledge is mandatory
• MS Excel (stock entries, reports, basic formulas preferred)
• Marketplace experience preferred (order processing, panel handling, invoicing)
• Prior experience in ecommerce / warehouse / inventory / operations preferred
• Ability to manage daily operations independently
• Basic communication and coordination skills
• Preferred Skills (Strong Advantage)Experience working on ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Knowledge of inventory or billing software (Tally / Zoho / ERP)
• Experience with packing, dispatch, and logistics coordination
