eCommerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Generate, print, and validate shipping labels and hand over to the packing team
• Coordinate closely with the packing department for timely and accurate dispatch
• Handle seller portals, dashboards, and daily operational tasks efficiently
• List new products on e-commerce platforms with accurate titles, images, and details
• Maintain strong coordination with corporate partners, logistics, and supply teams
• Proactively resolve order, label, and supply-related issues
• Ensure smooth communication across departments for uninterrupted order flow
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
