Education Counsellor

The Education Counsellor/Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students about the institute’s courses, addressing their queries, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right program. The role involves counselling, lead follow-up, admissions conversion, and maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.

• Counsel students and parents about the courses offered.
• Understand student needs and suggest the right course.
• Explain course details, fees, career options, and admission process.
• Handle walk-in enquiries and phone enquiries.
• Follow up with leads.
• Maintain enquiry and admission records in Excel/CRM.
• Convert enquiries into admissions.
• Give campus/institute tours to students and parents.
• Coordinate with the training, admin, and accounts departments.
• Guide students about documents, fee payment, and EMI options.
• Assist in organising seminars, events, and counselling sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries politely.
• Prepare daily reports on enquiries and admissions.
