Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students through phone, email, chat channels.
- Provide guidance on academic programs, admissions procedures, financial aid, and other student-related issues.
- Assist students with the application process, including filling out forms and submitting necessary documents.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the institution's academic programs, admission requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students .
