Job Overview:

EOCL India is hiring enthusiastic Education Counselors with a background in Marketing or Management to support students aspiring to pursue MBBS abroad. The role involves student counseling, lead management, and achieving monthly enrollment and sales targets through ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS abroad and overseas education opportunities

• Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

• Recommend suitable universities and countries based on student profiles

• Explain eligibility, admission process, timelines, and fee structure

• Assist with documentation and application coordination

• Perform follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets

• Maintain accurate student records in CRM/Excel

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, or related field

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

• Sales-oriented mindset with ethical counseling approach

• Willingness to learn overseas education processes
