Job Responsibilities Mapping prospective clients, generating business from new and existing clients, and increasing the sales growth. Developing penetration strategies to achieve the target The incumbent will be responsible for handling walk-ins, along with constant follow-ups for achieving the devised sales targets Following up with clients by corporate meetings ( Inside office premises only) or by Telephonic Conversation Making sales and explaining the potential clients regarding the course Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets of inquiries, admissions, conversion ratios, and installment collections Counseling prospective students/Clients on Training courses offered by DIDM Making the inquiry and admission related daily reports Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counseling walk-ins, Skype counseling, corporate events, corporate meetings, seminars, and webinars Ensuring the Admission, Course Fee is deposited on time with accounts Mining old inquire for references Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of the business, inquiries, and Admissions Submit daily, weekly, and a monthly reports on counseling-related activities Flexible in working under changing and different work settings Skills Required: Aptitude for sales, aptitude for building relationships with corporate customers Must possess excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality with a positive and go-getter attitude. Should be target oriented Ability to work independently being self-motivated Should be good at convincing and have strong interpersonal skills Should have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment.
