Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students & parents on courses and career options
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain lead records and daily reports in CRM
- Coordinate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years in admissions/education counselling
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
