Education Counsellor (Sales-Oriented)

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career options
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and chat
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Guide students through the entire admission process (applications, documentation, etc.)
• Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversion into admissions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
• Build strong relationships with students and parents for long-term engagement
• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Stay updated on education trends, courses, and admission processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th Pass and above
• 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer handling (freshers can apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
