We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Educational Counsellors to guide students in choosing the right higher education programs and shaping their future careers 🎯.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy student interaction, counselling, and goal-driven work in a professional environment.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• 📞 Counsel students on course selection, colleges & admission processes
• 💬 Handle student inquiries via calls, emails & CRM systems
• 🔁 Follow up with prospective leads and convert them into admissions
• 📝 Assist students with application documentation & screening
• 🎯 Provide personalized counselling based on academic background & career goals
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission workflow
• 📊 Maintain accurate student data in CRM and generate reports
• ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 🎓 Education: Any Graduate (Postgraduate preferred, not mandatory)
• 🗣️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• 🌈 Confident, energetic & student-centric mindset
• 💻 Ability to learn and work with CRM tools
• 🎤 Strong persuasion, presentation & coordination skills
• 💰 Salary & Incentives:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹ 14,000 – ₹ 50,000 per month
• 🎯 Incentives: ₹ 30,000+ (Performance Based)
