About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counselors to guide students in selecting the right higher education programs.

The role requires strong communication skills, student engagement abilities, and a passion for career counseling.

Key Responsibilities

● Counsel students on course selection, college options, and admission processes.

● Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and CRM tools.

● Maintain follow-up with prospective leads and convert them into admissions.

● Guide students through application documentation and screening.

● Provide personalized counseling based on academic background and career goals.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions workflow.

● Maintain accurate student data in CRM and generate reports. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Any Graduate (Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory).

● Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

● Confident, energetic, and student-focused mindset.

● Ability to learn CRM tools and follow structured processes.

● Strong persuasion, presentation, and coordination skills.
