Educational Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The role involves counseling prospective students, managing walk-ins, conducting telephonic and in-person follow-ups, and driving admissions to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Counsel prospective students on DIDM courses and guide them through the admission process.

·        Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-up calls to convert leads into admissions.

·        Explain course details, fee structures, and training benefits clearly and confidently.

·        Maintain and update inquiry/admission reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

·        Ensure timely fee submissions and documentation completion.

·        Meet and exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.

·        Work on old inquiries and referrals to generate additional leads.
