Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description: As a Field Service Executive specializing in UPS and Battery Installation, you will play

a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' power backup systems. Your primary

responsibilities will include installing UPS systems, batteries, and related equipment at client sites, as well

as providing troubleshooting support and addressing customer queries. This role requires frequent travel

within the designated area and the use of your own bike for transportation.

Key Responsibilities: Installing UPS systems, batteries, and associated equipment at customer locations

according to company guidelines and safety standards.

Conducting thorough inspections and tests to ensure proper functionality and performance of installed

systems.

Providing technical support and assistance to customers regarding UPS operation, battery maintenance, and

troubleshooting.

Responding promptly to service calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintaining accurate records of service visits, including tasks performed, parts used, and time spent on-

site.

Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate

solutions.

Conducting regular preventive maintenance checks on UPS systems and batteries to ensure optimal

performance and longevity.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in electrical

engineering or a related field is preferred.

Must own a reliable bike or scooty valid driver's license with valid registration and insurance for

transportation to customer sites.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Strong customer service orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by customer needs.

Physical fitness and ability to lift and man oeuvre heavy equipment (BATTERY) as needed.

Proficiency in basic computer skills for recording service data and communicating with internal teams.
