Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor with hands-on experience in construction and building projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical works at construction/building sites including HT/LT, internal electrification, and external services

Manage electricians and technicians on site and assign daily work targets

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Coordinate with project engineers, civil team, and contractors

Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and site safety standards

Inspect materials, tools, and equipment for quality and safety

Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of electrical activities

Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve site-related problems

Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material consumption

Ensure testing and commissioning of electrical systems

Requirements & Skills:

Diploma / Degree / ITI in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/building projects

Good knowledge of internal electrification, power distribution, and lighting systems

Understanding of electrical drawings and layouts

Knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes

Ability to manage manpower and coordinate site activities

Basic reporting and documentation skills

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects

Familiarity with testing & commissioning procedures

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
