Job Profile: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)

Job Location: Bhiwani, Haryana

Salary & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹19,429 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring production machines in the solar panel manufacturing unit.
• Support senior engineers and supervisors in day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
• Participate in assembly, inspection, and packaging processes of solar panels.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and organization in the production area.
• Learn and develop technical skills related to solar manufacturing processes during the apprenticeship period.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Relevant Trade) – Fresher apply.
• Basic knowledge of machine operations and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
